Collin DeBoer is a self taught artist from South Dakota. His artistic career started with an airbrush while working in his family’s auto body business painting on cars and motorcycles. Fine art, and his love of nature, gradually took over his focus with landscapes and wildlife. DeBoer mixes his skills with an airbrush and traditional brushwork to create beautiful paintings that are rarely on your typical canvas. His canvases of choice include metal panels, reclaimed wood, bird feathers, and well, really anything he can get paint to stick to. He believes that what he is painting on can be just as interesting as the painting.
